3Q: What are the race categories for ATM Half Marathon?
A: We have 21KM, 10KM and 5KM distances.
4Q: Are other types of activities allowed during the race for e.g. cycling, rollerblading, running with pets ?
A: Any form of wheeled apparels or vehicle and running with pets are strictly prohibited.
5Q: Is there a baggage check-in area at the start venue ?
A: Yes there will be.
6Q: What if I am injured before or during the race, or otherwise unable to finish the race?
A : Medical aid is available at the starting point and at all water stations. If the injury is deemed serious and requires immediate medical assistance, ambulance services can be sought. Alternatively, you may board the sweeper bus that will take you to the finish line. Participants who are unable to finish the race due to medical reasons or otherwise will not be eligible for finisher medals, prizes and goodie bags.
7Q: Do I still get a finisher's medal and finisher's certificate if I complete my run after the cut-off time ?
A: No, participants who do not finish the race within the stipulated cut-off times will not receive a finisher’s medal
8Q: If I register for the 21KM category and do not manage to finish the full distance, can I still get the Finisher's Medal ?
A: No, only participants who complete the full distance in this category within the cut-off times will receive their finisher’s medal. This applies too for the other distances.

2Q: Can I register if I am under the age of 18?
A: Yes you can. But you will need your parents credit card or use your own debit cards, along with endorsed consent letter, However, if you are below 12 years old, you will need parental/guardian supervision who will participate in the race with you in the same category.
3I am working for the Ministry of Defense. I am just a civilian and not a military personnel. Am I eligible for the military discount?
Yes, the Military discounts are offered to all Army, Navy, Airforce, auxiliary military and civilians working for Ministry of Defense. It is offered to all active, reserved and retired military personnel.
4Q: How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
A: You will receive a confirmation email from the race organiser
5Q: Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
A: No refunds will be given to participants who register and do not participate on race day
6Q: Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration ?
A: Yes, you can only do a 1 time change. Changes must be made before 30th September 2017.
7Q: Can I change my run category after registering?
A: yes, you can. You will need to pay the difference if the fees for the new category you are entering is higher. However, we will not refund if you go for a shorter distance category.
8Q: Why is it that I have not received my confirmation e-mail despite registering and making payment?
A : If you encounter problems with the confirmation email, please contact the Organiser.
9Q: When is the registration deadline?
A : 30th September 2017. Registrations will be closed after this date
10Q: What is a Race Pack?
A: The Race Entry Pack contains the runner’s T-shirt, runner’s bib & safety pins, and timing chip (except for 5km category, there is no timing chip).
11Q: When will the Race Pack Collection (RPC) be held and where will it be
A: RPC will be held on the 9th, 10th & 11th of November 2017. The RPC will be held at PD Waterfront, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
12Q: Are there options for delivery of Race Pack ?
A: Race Pack Delivery (RPD) is available. You can select mode of Race Pack collection during registration.
13Q: What happens if I’m unable to collect my Race Entry Pack on the collection day ?
A: Your Race Entry Pack, if uncollected, will be disposed as deemed fit at the discretion of the Organiser.
14Q: How can I get to the race venue ?
A: We will share location of available parking spaces for those of you who are driving to ATM Half Marathon.
15Q: How does the age criteria apply ?
A: Your age is calculated based at time of 31st December 2017


1Q: What are the payment options?
A: Payment by credit/debit card only via Myraceonline. No cash payment is accepted.
2Q: Who is the payment gateway provider for ATM Half Marathon?
A: ATM Half Marathon will be working with RaceXAsia (formally known as MYRaceonline.com), a leading online registration platform that offers an easy, reliable and safe registration platform and payment gateway.
3Q: Can I register first and make payment later ?
A: Registration is only considered as complete once payment is made.


1Q: Where are the water stations ?
A: Sufficient Water Stations will be strategically positioned along the running route. More details will be provided in due course.
2Q: Is there public transportation before and after the Event
A: Public transportation will still be available after the start of the event but you may need to make alternative arrangement before the run.
3Q: Where are the parking areas for the Event ?
A: We will make this information available closer to the event date
4Q: Is the parking free?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of your parking tickets

1Q: Am I eligible for 2 prizes if I qualify in 2 prizes? For e.g. If as a Malaysian 21KM runner, and I am 1st in the Men Open?
A: Yes you are eligible for multiple prizes if you meet the criteria set. We will even award you for being the fastest Malaysian to cross the line too!
2Q: I'm a military personel, can I qualify for 3 prizes? for e.g. the Veteran 10KM, Malaysian fastest 10KM and Military 10KM?
A: No, you can only win 2 prizes. Military personnel are eligible for Military and Open/Veteran prizes only. Malaysian fastest are reserved for the civillians.
3Q: If there are any disputes in the race results, who can I appeal to ?
